Curious by nature, intentional by practice, kind by default.
Hey, I’m Tina.
Becoming a product designer was one of those rare moments in life where everything suddenly clicked. I studied Cognitive Science and Public Health because I was fascinated by people, how we think, make decisions, and navigate complexity. Finding UX as a career gave me a place to bring together psychology, storytelling, systems thinking, creativity, and problem-solving into one discipline.
Outside of work, I tend to collect hobbies as quickly as I collect design inspiration. Back home in California, I teach Lagree fitness and have spent the last few years coaching hundreds of classes. This year, I've completed three HYROX races across Europe with two more on the calendar. When I'm not training, you'll usually find me behind a pottery wheel, experimenting with a new creative project with my design studio, planning my next trip, or spending time with my Australian Shepherd, Asher. I have a zest for building things from a blank canvas, whether that's a product, a brand, a piece of pottery, or a new skill, and that curiosity is something I bring into every part of my life.

“Tina is seen as an energetic, trusted, and increasingly strategic leader who brings momentum, clarity, and a strong sense of ownership to the work she touches.”
-Brian, Manager at Volvo
I started the DEFINING NEXT podcast through my design studio to connect with and celebrate the founders creating businesses that define what’s next in their category.
