The automotive industry has long treated vehicle configuration as the center of the shopping experience. Customers are asked to make dozens of decisions about trims, powertrains, colors, and options before understanding the factors that matter most: price, financing, availability, and whether the vehicle is right for them. I led the redesign of the vehicle selection experience rethinking how customers choose a car online.
