Launching a scalable offers experience

When Volvo Cars sunset the legacy Care by Volvo subscription program across 30+ markets, customers were left without a clear bundled financing offer online. To support the launch of the EX60, I led the design of a new operational lease experience, creating a scalable offer framework and reimagining the end-to-end customer journey—from ad click through checkout—to help customers discover, understand, and purchase the offer with confidence.
